(N.B. A hardcopy must be matched with the electronic file!)

How to get the form

You will find all relevant files for the production of the papers on the anonymous ftp site 'ftp.astro.isas.ac.jp',
        ftp ftp.astro.isas.ac.jp
        user: anonymous
        passwd: your e-mail address
        cd ascasymp4
        mget *
or on this page. You have to get following 10 files.

How to submit the electronic file

Please provide your paper in electronic form as a gzip-ped tar file containing your LaTeX source, your PostScript figures, and the total LaTeX output in a PostScript file. Please be sure to name your ps files for figures in your tex file.

    How to name each file
Your-name should be described as 'surname, givenname'.
(ex. John Smith's file name is "Smith_John")

In the previous instruction, "," was used instead of "_".

        gzip-ped tar file: 'your-name.tar.gz'
        LaTeX source: 'your-name.tex'
        PostScript figures: 'your-name_fig_1.ps ... your-name_fig_n.ps'
total LaTeX output in a PostScript file: 'your-name.ps'

If you have multiple papers, please add an extension number to 'your-name' such as, 'surname,givenname_1' and 'surname,givenname_2' Under UNIX you can use the tar and gzip commands to generate your gzip-ped tar file 'your-name.tar.gz' from a working directory, which should contain only the needed files, as follows:

        %mkdir your-name
        %cp your-name.ps your-name.tex your-name_fig_1.ps... your-name
        %tar cvf your-name.tar your-name
        %ls *tar
           your-name.tar
        %gzip your-name.tar
        %ls *gz
           your-name.tar.gz

Then, please input the filename 'your-name.tar.gz' in the fourth column named 'Filename' below.
