Circular

One Paper Policy:

Because of the limited space of the conference venue, we need to limit the numbers of papers to one presentation (either oral or poster) for a registered participant. Each participant can send only one abstract. One paper policy does not apply to the invited talk.

Proceedings:
Proceedings of the meeting will be in two volumes.
First volume (Vol.I) will be published by Astronomical Society of the Pacific as the APS conference series. This volume will contain oral papers. We will offer a discount rate (under $60) for the participants who order the proceedings at the registration desk during the meeting.
Second volume (Vol.II), whose charge is included in the registration fee, will be separately published by the LOC. All poster papers will be in this volume.
Both Vol.I and II will be registered on ADS.

Satellite Meetings:

Several satellite meetings were heald right after the meeting (July 5 and 6). These meetings are independent of the main meeting. One paper policy of the main meeting does not apply to the satellite meetings.
